London Independent, established in 1980, is a privately owned limited Company. It is in no way connected or has any trading relationship with any multi-national or other office cleaning organisations.
Operating from its City offices in EC2, London Independent has established a reputation for providing a quality service to all its clients, combined with a very high degree of personal attention from all its employees and management team.
London Independent staff and contracts are professionally managed and closely supervised on a daily basis. We have a work force of approximately 1000 full and part-time employees. All of our work is undertaken by our own staff and under no circumstances is any job sub-contracted to other organisations.
Since it was established the Company has been built on client recommendation without the aid of any sales staff. We have been able to do this by aiming for and achieving high and consistent standards and establishing a close rapport and working relationship with our clients. By fully understanding our clients' needs and specific requirements, by immediate and prompt response to any problems at any time of the day, by senior management carrying out very regular quality audit checks and with close communication and very frequent liaison we have given our clients the confidence to retain the services of London Independent year after year.
The Company's main areas of operation cover the City of London, Central London, the West End and Docklands and because of our centrally based location we are able to control our contracts and visit all of our clients' premises on a daily basis.
Due to advancing technology and the specialised nature of our clients' facilities and office buildings, three specialist companies were established some years ago to support the core office cleaning operation: they are EBC Carpet Services Limited and Independent Computer Care Limited.
